Congratulations to everyone who was involved in the organisation of the highly successful Elementary Cross Country. Thanks also to all the parents who came out and supported their children and well done to the many who ran with them. It was a wonderful community event that involved multiple schools and participants. Well done Sekolah Ciputra!.

This week is all about examinations. The High School has their assessment time which then translates into the issuing of reports across the whole school. We are unashamedly academic in our focus. Please talk to your child about the examinations process, discuss what went well and what can be improved. Please also take the time to read your child’s end of semester report carefully and attend the parent interviews on the final day of the semester. The most important aspect of these examinations is what you and your child learns from them-not necessarily the grade. These exams provide an opportunity for formative conversations. What went well, what didn’t, what steps can I take to improve and who can help me? The capacity to critically ask these questions and respond positively to them are the characteristics of successful learners.
