6.	Student’s previous school reports (legalized copies), minimum 2 academic years
7.	School Counsellor Record The form will be sent to student’s former school by Sekolah Ciputra.	Sent via email to Sekolah Ciputra

(*) The school is not able to sponsor students for their KITAS/KITAP.

Info: The International Student Recommendation Letter must be updated every year to the Indonesian Ministry of Education (Kemdikbud Ristek) during the student is learning at Sekolah Ciputra. The detail information and documents’ requirement will be informed to parents.

• The school has the right to refuse a student’s admission on the basis of previous school reports, results of academic tests, interviews and/or classroom
• The school reserves the right to cancel the enrolment of a student at any time due to inappropriate student behaviour (see the relevant student discipline codes).
• The school will consult with parents with respect to the appropriate grade level of the enroling student, but the final decision rests with the school.
