Dear Sekolah Ciputra students,

The World Fractures! Opportunities await you! You are cordially invited to participate in the 6th Sekolah Ciputra Model United Nations (MUN). MUN conferences are simulations of United Nations (UN) committees in which students play the role of UN representatives, allowing them to become better acquainted with issues of global significance and develop research, public speaking, networking, leadership and diplomatic skills. 

Having recognised the many benefits of this activity for our own students, we would like to extend this enriching activity to other students in Indonesia through a conference of our own, which carries the theme of ‘A World Fractured’. We will have 4 committees: UNHRC, ECOFIN, ECOSOC and UNWTO, and two special committees, which are the Jujutsu Kaisen CRISIS council and the Avatar Specialised Council, which will have a sequel next SCMUN. The handbook will be published soon with details of each committee and countries. There will be two (2) topics per committee and we will have a one (1) hour tutorial to begin the conference.

Whilst past MUN experience is not a prerequisite for participation in the SCMUN conference, students must be fluent in English to be able to participate. We will have awards for best position paper, verbal commendation, honorable mention, and best delegate. Please refer to the attached invitation letter below to see the following details.
