Dear Parents, Teachers and Staff,

Today we are celebrating International Peace Day.  In fact, throughout the week Sekolah Ciputra will be acknowledging the theme of peace with a series of short videos shared with the school community.  The International Day of Peace was established in 1981 by the United Nations General Assembly.  The theme of peace and being a peace maker is a critical one, particularly in these uncertain times.  It is also important, as part of our school vision, for students to be exposed to international celebrations and events. My particular thanks go to Ms Christine and the PYP team for their coordination of this celebration.

We are very close to the important accreditation and re-authorisation visits by WASC and the IBO.  The teams will be making a virtual visit to the school in the first week of the second term starting on Monday 12th October.  A lot of effort has been put into preparing for this visit by the community.  Thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to get us into such a strong position.

The other on-going event is our admissions for the next academic year. The presentations and information being shared has been excellent. Remember, our admissions and Marcomm team are always available to answer any questions.  We look forward to the new families that will be joining our school.

Have a great week!
