News from the Executive Principal’s Desk

Dear Parents, Teachers and Staff,

Gong Xi Fa Cai! We look forward to the assemblies and other activities that have been organised to help celebrate this event.  This year’s celebrations have a special feel to them as we optimistically hope and pray for the end of the pandemic.  At the same time we should feel justifiably proud of the spirit and resilience we have shown as a school.

Immediately after the Chinese New Year break we will have the Grade 12 mock exams followed shortly afterwards by the Grade 10 Personal Project and the PYP Exhibition. These are very busy yet rewarding times. We wish everyone who is involved with these events all the very best of luck.

It has also been pleasing to note the number of enterprises that have been set up by our students. The spirit of entrepreneurship is certainly alive and well in our student body. We are looking forward to organising an entrepreneurship club to support and give direction to our budding entrepreneurs.

We will be hosting a parent workshop where we will explain the WASC process and outcomes as well as the benefits of being a WASC member. MARCOM and the Parent Support Group will share the details of this event soon.

We wish you all the very best for Chinese New Year. We hope you enjoy a peaceful and prosperous year.
