Scholarship Programme 2027/2028
We are pleased to invite eligible students to apply for the Sekolah Ciputra Scholarship Programme for the 2027/2028 academic year. This programme gives students an opportunity to demonstrate their achievements, talents, potential, and alignment with Sekolah Ciputra's values.
Who can apply
Open to current Grade 6 and Grade 9 students, whether already at Sekolah Ciputra or applying from another school.
Applying for Grade 7 (2027/2028)
Applying for Grade 10 (2027/2028)
Applying from outside Sekolah Ciputra? External candidates pay a non-refundable enrolment fee of Rp 1,250,000 and must complete the standard enrolment assessment to take part.

What to prepare
Applicants must prepare and submit the following required files and written responses through the online application form.
School Reports (Last 3 Years)
Grade 7 Applicants: Upload Grade 3, 4, and 5 school reports (1st and 2nd semester). Grade 10 Applicants: Upload Grade 6, 7, and 8 school reports (1st and 2nd semester).
Short Showcase VideoOptional
Upload one short video (recommended duration: 1–3 minutes) showcasing the activity, talent, achievement, or area of interest that you are most proud of and best represents you.
Student's PortfolioOptional
You may upload a selection of portfolio work, achievements, activities, or talents that best represent you. Submitting many items is not required.
Student Written Responses (Essay)
Answers must be personal, genuine, and written in the student's own words (minimum 100 words per question, keeping Sekolah Ciputra's Vision and Mission in mind):

- Why do you believe you should be awarded a scholarship at Sekolah Ciputra?

Prepare Digital Files
Gather 3 years of school report cards, film/select the 1–3 minute showcase video (optional), compile optional portfolio items (optional), and draft the student's essay answers.

Complete Enrolment Requirements
All candidates applying from outside Sekolah Ciputra are required to pay a non-refundable Rp 1,250,000 enrolment fee and successfully complete the standard enrolment test.

Fill Out Student & Parent Information
Complete the student's full name, birth date, current school, current grade, and parent contact details (Name, WhatsApp Number, Email).

Select Category & Test Schedule
Choose Academic, Sports, or Both, and select your preferred test time slot.

Upload Files & Essay Responses
Fill out all essay sections and upload all required document attachments.

Double-check all details and click submit before Tuesday, 8 September 2026 at 4 PM or 16:00 WIB.

Attend the Test / Fitness Tryout
Candidates attend the test & sport tryout based on the chosen schedule.

Attend the Interview
Candidates who passed the test will be invited to attend an interview with the school leaders.

Submission Deadline
All submissions must be received by Tuesday, 8 September 2026 at 4 PM or 16:00 WIB. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Enrolment Fee
All candidates applying from outside Sekolah Ciputra are required to pay a non-refundable Rp 1,250,000 enrolment fee and successfully complete the standard enrolment test.
Accuracy of Information
Ensure all provided details are accurate and all required documents are properly uploaded before submitting.
Originality of Essays
Student-written responses must be personal, genuine, and written independently by the student.
Testing Guidelines
Candidates attending the Academic Selection Test must adhere to the formal/Batik dress code and bring a full laptop (tablets/iPads are strictly not permitted).
Selection Decision
Shortlisting for the interview and final scholarship awards are determined solely by the Sekolah Ciputra Selection Committee.
