Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad (TIMO) is an annual international Olympiad competition jointly organized by Olympiad Education from Hong Kong and Thailand Mathematics Society. TIMO Heat Round 2018 – 2019 with almost 10,000 participants. This year, TIMO committee members invited 20 regions / countries such as Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Bulgaria, Philippines, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Taiwan, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Sri-Lanka, Kazakhstan, Australia, Cambodia, Ukraine and Dhaka Bangladesh to participate in the competition.

We are pleased to announce that 2 of our students won awards at TIMO (Thailand International Mathematical Olympiad) Heat Round 2018-2019. They are:

• Ian Alexander Lukito (PYP 1) achieved a Silver Award for Primary 1

• Barry Oscar Sartono (PYP 4) achieved a Gold Award for Primary 4.

For contestants who received a Bronze award or above, they qualify to enter TIMO Final 2019 in April 2019.
