Congratulations to everyone who was involved in the organisation of the Ciputra Cup over the weekend. The cup is a very difficult organisational feat and was made even more challenging with a deluge of rain on Friday afternoon. This forced the field to close and the organisers had to re-schedule the games over two days instead of three. The Ciputra Cup highlights so many of the things that are good at Sekolah Ciputra. You have to admire any student led activity and particularly one which involves so much planning and coordination. The OSIS students really had their work cut out for them ensuring that each part of the organisation came together. The sportsmanship displayed by our teams was admirable. They demonstrated a positive attitude in trying conditions win, draw or lose.

Thank you to all the volunteers, including many staff members, who gave up a considerable amount of their time to support the event.

Finally, special thanks to Ms Gramelia the OSIS coordinator. She spent her weekend at the school supporting, guiding and advising our OSIS students. This has become a popular and well attended highlight to the school calendar. Well done everyone!

Please also a reminder about the DP examinations next week. It is important that these receive your focus and commitment.
