Junior High School

ACADEMIC

Sekolah Ciputra is offering academic scholarships to suitable students for the 2026-2027 school year until the 2028-2029 school year. Scholarships will be available to students enrolling into Grade 7 (internal and external).

The level of scholarships cover: DPP & SPP 25-50%*
*to be confirmed

The school will award scholarships to Grade 7 students, internal and external, only if the criteria are met.

The final decision will be published.

The criteria for awarding a scholarship are:

SHORTLISTING

  • A letter of application in English from the student telling the Scholarship Committee why he/she should be awarded a scholarship at Sekolah Ciputra. This should be between 500-1000 words and should refer to the Vision and Mission of the school.
  • The last two years’ school reports.
  • Evidence of the applicant’s leadership, involvement in extracurricular activities, etc.
  • Any other supporting documents that indicate the student’s abilities (e.g. portfolio of work, achievements, special talents).
  • All information is to be submitted through the “Sekolah Ciputra Scholarship Application Google Form” https://bit.ly/2627scholarshipSC

SELECTION

  • Results in General Ability Test (age appropriate) set by the school to shortlist.
  • Interview with the shortlisted applicants in English.

Students who are awarded an Academic Scholarship will be expected to maintain high levels of performance and involvement in curricular and extracurricular activities at the school. The continuation of the scholarship will be reviewed each year by the Scholarship Committee.

Please note the following:
– The school reserves the right not to award any scholarships or change the composition of the scholarships if it deems that the applicants do not meet the criteria that the school has set.
– The committee’s decision is final. No further discussion will be held once the final decisions have been made.

The stages involved in determining the scholarship winners are as follows:
STAGE 1 – DOCUMENTATION
Due Date 27 October 2025 (3 pm)
Every candidate who submits the required documentation will proceed to Stage 2.

STAGE 2 – TESTING
3-5 November 2025
Students will do the General Ability Test (set by the school). The shortlist will be based upon the results of this test and the quality of the application letter and accompanying documentation.

STAGE 3 – INTERVIEWS
10-14 November 2025
Shortlisted students will be interviewed in English. During the interview students must demonstrate knowledge of the school’s Vision and Mission.

 

SPORTS

Sekolah Ciputra is offering sporting scholarships to suitable students for the 2026-2027 school year. Scholarships will be available to students enrolling into Grade 7 (internal and external).

SHORTLISTING
Due Date 27 October 2025 (3 pm)

  • A letter of application in English from the student telling the Scholarship Committee why he/she should be awarded a scholarship at Sekolah Ciputra. This should be between 500-1000 words and should refer to the Vision and Mission of the school.
  • The last two years school reports.
  • Presenting a portfolio of sporting achievement in either football, basketball, volleyball or other individual sports (with national qualification).
  • Video evidence demonstrating the student’s sports abilities (e.g. competition video, drill video, practice video) and the description of each video in English. Only videos recorded within the past six months (April 2025 – October 2025) will be considered valid.
  • All information is to be submitted through the “Sekolah Ciputra Scholarship Application Google Form” https://bit.ly/2627scholarshipSC

Shortlisted candidates will be observed by the scholarship committee based on the specific sports category they are good at.
