Cheryl Loemantoro (Grade 9) participated in a women’s entrepreneurship competition and reached the final, along with other budding women entrepreneurs from around the world.

The competition was held by Ascend Now and was open to female students who would like to present their business idea in front of a panel of experts in order to win a top prize of $1000. On a Saturday night (Singapore time), Cheryl pitched her clothing business idea to a number of judges who in turn, gave her positive feedback and praise on how she had presented her idea. Although Cheryl did not win the competition, the feedback during the semi- finals and final from the judges has been invaluable and something she can work on in the future. Well done, Cheryl!
