Dear students, staff, parents, alumni and the whole Sekolah Ciputra community,

What a tremendous success the university fair was. We had 67 universities from all around the world. Apart from our students and parents it was nice that we gave the opportunity for members of the community to come as well. There was a great feel to the event which is part of our extensive range of support for college admissions. Throughout the year we have large numbers of universities visiting in person and online. We also organise workshops for parents and students to help them make this important choice. This event took part in a busy time where we were, among other things, hosting parent workshops and cooking lessons, celebrating international library week, celebrating world food day, holding a three-by-three basketball competition, hosting visiting school soccer teams and at the same time continuing with our core mission of delivering outstanding academic education. It is this blend of activities that make Sekolah Ciputra such a great place to be! What is most impressive is the fact that so many of our activities are student instigated and organised.

A case in point is the upcoming Ciputra Cup. The event will be volleyball and soccer. It has been organised from top to bottom by our outstanding OSIS team. Their attention to detail and planning skills are outstanding and as a result we will have a wonderful event. Our student leaders across the continuum continue to do an outstanding job. Similarly, the bulan bahasa celebrations this week with poetry slam and storytelling have a large component of student input and organisation. It is great to have so many enthusiastic students in the school who are not afraid to take responsibility for themselves and others.
