Dear Parents, Teachers and Staff,

Congratulations to the Grade 4 and 5 students who last week completed an experience, Classrooms without Walls. Our Grade 4 students had their first taste of this with a foundation overnight camp at school. It was lovely to see them enjoying this setting, to challenge them and put them outside of their normal routines and comfort zones.  Similarly, the Kalliandra trip for the Grade 5’s was exciting and challenging.

This week we are all looking forward to the Elementary production of, “No Strings Attached,” tomorrow night at 6:00 pm. Good luck to all students and staff who have worked so hard putting this production together. It is a mammoth undertaking! Please feel free to join us in supporting this wonderful event.

All the very best of luck also to the Grade 9 students who have their UNAS examinations next week. These students have benefited from extra tutorials after school and on Saturdays to help them prepare for their examination.  Similarly, all Grade 12 students are now on the final run in to their Diploma examinations. The Grade 12 art students in particular are preparing their final submissions and will also have their exhibition next week.  Again, we look forward to you support at this event and particularly the silent auction for pieces of art.

As a final note, “Ciputra’s Got talent,” in the High School was an exceptional event.  Very well organised by OSIS, well supported by an appreciative audience and most importantly showcased a wide variety of outstanding talent.  Congratulations to everyone involved and have a great week.

Have a great week.
