Dear Parents, Teachers and Staff,

Last week a letter went out to parents highlighting the need to be vigilant in the face of cyber bullying. Check out the Cyber Safety article on our website.

With students spending more and more time online, the increase of cyberbullying has also risen.

Whether we like it or not, children will make errors of judgement and make or post hurtful comments. In addition to being harmful, once posts are made public they reflect very badly on all individuals involved and can spread very quickly through social media. Parents, ensure your child is responsible with their interactions and if you have any concerns of bullying, please contact a school counsellor.

The teacher only days last Friday and Saturday were a huge success, helping staff move forward in our re-accreditation process and to socialise the changes that will come about with the enhanced PYP.

Camp preparations are well underway for the High School. This is a highlight for many students as they experience a “week without walls”. Camp week aims to challenge and give real world insight to a student’s learning. Camps start next Monday, 30th.

Have a great week.
