1. How long were you in Sekolah Ciputra? Starting from what grade until what grade?
I was in Sekolah Ciputra from Elementary Grade 1 until Senior High School Grade 12 (12 years).
2. After graduating from Sekolah Ciputra, where do you study? What is your major?
I studied at Universitas Ciputra, majoring in Communication Science & Business Media.
3. What did you do after graduating from university?
Before graduating, I received an opportunity to work at Glints as I was approached by the recruiter on LinkedIn, and I decided to pursue that opportunity. I have continued growing my career at Glints until now.
4. What is your current occupation?
I’m currently a Global Key Account Manager at Glints in Singapore. My role involves managing international clients, building long-term partnerships, and helping companies grow their teams across different countries.
5. What was the biggest challenge of moving to a new country?
One of the biggest challenges was adapting to Singapore’s very fast-paced working culture, where I had to quickly learn how to communicate professionally, think critically, and stay adaptable in a highly competitive environment. Working closely with founders, directors, and company leaders also pushed me to become more confident, independent, and sharp in handling responsibilities and decision-making. At the same time, balancing life between Singapore and Batam exposed me to two very different lifestyles and mindsets, which was challenging at first but eventually helped me grow both personally and professionally.
6. What do you enjoy most about your new environment?
What I enjoy most is the exposure and the opportunity to meet many inspiring people, from founders to CEOs and directors. Singapore is an amazing place to build connections, learn from experienced professionals, and grow my career. Being in this environment has also strengthened my entrepreneurial mindset and taught me the importance of trust and relationships.
7. In what way did Sekolah Ciputra contribute to your job right now?
Sekolah Ciputra taught me the importance of integrity, professionalism, and having an entrepreneurial mindset. Sekolah Ciputra also emphasised creativity, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving through various projects and activities. These experiences have helped me greatly in my current role, especially when handling international clients, negotiating, collaborating with internal teams, and finding solutions together with clients.
8. What was the best thing about Sekolah Ciputra? Tell us something memorable from your time at Sekolah Ciputra
One of the most memorable parts of Sekolah Ciputra was the yearly camping activities, the supportive teachers, and my football team. The camping experiences taught me teamwork, independence, and built friendships that have lasted until today. My teachers played a huge role in shaping the way I think and approach challenges, while being part of the football team taught me discipline, hard work, and the importance of working together toward a common goal.
9. What advice would you give to a graduating student?
Take every opportunity that comes your way, even if it feels scary or uncertain. Growth often comes from stepping outside your comfort zone and being willing to learn from every experience.
10. Would you recommend Sekolah Ciputra to others? If yes, what would you say about it?
Yes, absolutely I would recommend Sekolah Ciputra to others. Sekolah Ciputra continuously improves in terms of education quality, teachers, facilities, and student development, while also building a strong entrepreneurial mindset that helps students think creatively, critically, and with a broader perspective about the world. I will always be thankful and grateful to my parents for bringing me to Sekolah Ciputra.
