News from the Executive Principal’s Desk

Dear parents, students, teachers and alumni of Sekolah Ciputra,

This has been another great week at Sekolah Ciputra, reflecting the richness and diversity of our learning community.

We began with our University Fair, which brought together 74 national and international universities and drew enthusiastic participation from our students, parents, and even visitors from neighbouring schools. Events like this highlight the global pathways open to our learners and directly support our mission to prepare students for success in an interconnected world. We extend our thanks to our counselling and administrative teams for their efforts in making this such a valuable and inspiring event.

Across the curriculum, our Bulan Bahasa celebrations have continued, reinforcing pride in our national identity and the importance of language and culture in shaping who we are.  The early years celebration was wonderful!  In the Elementary School, a Book Fair has further encouraged a love of reading and learning. These experiences remind us that literacy and cultural understanding are at the heart of our educational vision.

It was also wonderful to see Grades 8 and 9 sitting their PSAT examinations on Friday, gaining early experience in academic goal-setting and future planning. On Saturday, a group of High School students took part in a Habitat for Humanity build, demonstrating the values of compassion and service that underpin both our mission and the IB learner profile.

We are proud, too, of Pak Chris, our High School Principal, who presented a workshop on entrepreneurship at the EARCOs Leadership Conference. His participation reinforces our school’s commitment to developing entrepreneurial thinking — a reflection of the Ciputra Group’s core values of Integrity, Professionalism and Entrepreneurship (IPE). Meanwhile, our DIKNAS accreditation process continues smoothly, ensuring that we maintain excellence in every aspect of our provision.

Looking ahead, we have a team of students travelling to Singapore to take part in the THIMUN Conference, representing Sekolah Ciputra on the international stage. Our Elementary Bulan Bahasa celebration will take place, and Grade 4 will host their much-anticipated Kidpreneur Fair, a wonderful showcase of innovation, creativity and enterprise.

Together, these experiences capture the essence of our mission and the IB learner profile — developing confident, compassionate, and globally minded learners who value both local identity and international perspective.

Have a great week!
