PYP 5A and 5B students visited the Surabaya Museum on Tuesday, 28th November. They were excited to find the displays and information related to our topic under a�?Where We Are in Place and Timea�? transdisciplinary theme.

The purpose of the outing were:

• To enable students to find out about our past
• For students to experience things we know as artifacts
• For students to explore how aspects of the past still influence us today.

The students were enthusiastic to learn and to explore different kinds of artifacts related to Surabaya from the past. They could find the connection by learning about the artifacts, we can show respect to our history that still influences us now.
